How do I apply for a rental?+

Browse our available rentals, choose a home, and click "Apply Now" to complete the secure online application. A $35 non-refundable application fee applies. Our office reviews each application and follows up with next steps.

How much is the application fee?+

The application fee is $35 and is non-refundable. It covers the cost of processing and screening your application.

What is your pet policy?+

Many of our homes are pet-friendly, though policies and pet deposits vary by property. Look for the pet-policy note on each listing, and contact our office with questions about a specific home.

How do I pay rent?+

Current tenants pay rent online through the secure tenant portal. You can make one-time or recurring payments and view your balance and payment history anytime.

How do I submit a maintenance request?+

The fastest way is through your tenant portal, where you can attach photos and track status. For emergencies that threaten safety or risk major property damage, call our office line right away. See the Maintenance page for details.

How quickly are maintenance requests handled?+

We respond to routine requests promptly and coordinate repairs with trusted vendors. Emergencies are prioritized. Response times can vary with the nature of the issue and vendor availability.

What are your lease terms?+

Lease terms vary by property, but most residential leases run for a standard term (typically 12 months). Specific terms, deposits, and requirements are outlined in each lease. Contact our office for details on a particular home.
